Parking Permit Request

As an added service to our students,
we will
cover the cost of an evening parking permit (after 4:00 pm).
UW Oshkosh students: complete the entire form and your permit will be processed. Permits are mailed twice weekly prior to the start of class. After class begins you have the option of mail or to pick up the permit at our office in Clow Faculty 224. NOTE: There are 2 forms: one for car,truck,van parking permits and one for motorcycle parking permits. If you need both permits you need to complete both forms. A password is required to access the parking permit request forms. The password can be obtained in the D2L MBA Student Information site, or you can email mba@uwosh.edu and request the password.

After you receive your permit, if you decide
you no longer need it, please return it to us so we can receive
the appropriate refund from our Parking Services Office.
Green Bay students: no permit is required to park at our Green Bay location. Parking is free in the parking ramp connected to the hotel facility. When parking in the ramp you may have to take an entry ticket but no one will be there to collect money when you leave at 9:00 pm.
Stevens Point students: please purchase a parking permit from the UWSP Parking Office (http://www.uwsp.edu/parking/ or call 715-346-3900) and send us a copy of your receipt with your signature and student ID at the bottom. The purchase price of your permit will be applied to your UW Oshkosh student account.
