Graduating this Semester?
We place your name on the graduation list when you register for your last credits of course work and notify you via email of your eligibility during the first week of the semester. If you think you should be on the graduation list and have not received the graduation email notification by the second week of the semester, please give us a call.
The Application for Graduation can be found on the Office of Graduate Studies web site. Please complete the fillable on-line form and print a hard copy or print and complete the form with pen, and mail to:

The official graduation date is the last day of 17-week semesters (fall and spring), or the end of 8-week summer classes. For official date please view the university semester calendars.
The Graduate School will send your diploma and an official degree transcript six to eight weeks after the official end of the 17-week semester. If you haven't received your diploma and transcript by that time, please give us a call. |
