Outstanding MBA/MSIS Graduates


2008

David J Blondheim, Jr graduated with his MBA in Spring 2008. In 2004, Dave earned his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. He has 4 years of professional work experience and is currently an Engineering Manager at Manitowoc Tool and Machining, leading their lean manufacturing efforts. He actively supports the March-of-Dimes, Arthritis Foundation, and the Bellin College of Nursing along with fundraising efforts for his church. He volunteers for SkillsUSA, an organization that prepares students for careers in trade, technical and service occupations, and in 2007, he and his wife created the "Blondheim SkillsUSA Scholarship." He was awarded the Six Sigma Black Belt in 2006 is is currently pursuing the Professional Engineer certification. He hopes to begin classes toward a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering at Purdue University this fall and eventually complete a Ph.D. in Engineering.

Bill Micksch graduated with his MBA in Fall 2007. He earned a BBA in Finance and Management from UW Madison in 1997. Bill has 11 years of professional work experience and is a Financial Analysis Team Leader at Schreiber Foods in Green Bay, actively involved in new acquisitions. He is on the Board of Directors for Cerebral Palsy of Green Bay and volunteers for the Green Bay Chapter of Rebuilding Together, an organization dedicated to helping low income elderly and handicapped individuals repair and upgrade their homes. A few years ago Bill and his wife received the Spirit of St. Matthew Award in recognition of their dedication and commitment to their parish. Bill would like to try teaching sometime in the future, either at the high school or college level.
